What these searches cover

The builder uses public Greenhouse board hosts, Lever's global and EU hosts, Ashby job boards and Workday recruiting hosts. Custom career domains and unindexed pages may be missed. A hosting region is not a hiring region.

Patterns reviewed October 29, 2026. Sources: Google search operators, Greenhouse, Lever, Ashby and Workday's own careers site. Read the direct-search guide for a complete routine.

Google opens only after you choose a search link and receives the search text at that point. No applications are submitted.

Build an ATS job search for company career sites

An applicant tracking system, or ATS, can host an employer’s public job postings. This free ATS job search builder creates Google queries for selected Greenhouse, Lever, Ashby and Workday hosts. Job seekers can inspect each query before opening the search.

  1. Enter a job title and, if useful, up to three alternative titles. Add a hiring location, choose seniority and decide whether the query should include the word remote.
  2. Select the hiring systems you want to search. Review the separate search recipes. Edit a query to suit the role, or remove one constraint when the wording is too narrow.
  3. Open a Google search when ready, then follow a relevant result to the company career site. Confirm the employer, job requirements, location and application process on the source posting.

This searches public pages indexed by Google; it does not search every company database or show live job matches inside this tool. Custom career domains and pages Google has not indexed may be missed. You do not need to upload your resume or cover letter. Searching an ATS is separate from checking whether a resume meets an employer’s screening criteria.

Find the titles. Follow the source. Check before you apply.
